Our surveys range between £450 and £900, depending on the property’s size and type. For properties with a sale price above £750.000, please contact us.
What’s the difference between a Level 2 and Level 3 Survey?
A Level 2 Survey gives a clear overview of a property’s condition, while a Level 3 Survey provides a detailed structural assessment for older or more complex homes.
Can I get repair cost estimates?
Yes — for an extra £100 with a Level 3 Survey, we’ll include an estimated list of remedial repair costs.
How long does it take to get my report?
Depending on the survey type, you’ll typically receive your report within 3–7 working days of the inspection.
Do I need to attend the survey?
