What is a Level 2 Home Survey?
A Level 2 Home Survey is suitable for conventional properties that appear to be in reasonable condition. It identifies significant defects, maintenance concerns and issues that may affect your purchase.
What is a Level 3 Building Survey?
A Level 3 Building Survey is our most detailed inspection. It is recommended for older, larger, altered or visibly deteriorated properties and provides detailed advice about defects, construction and recommended repairs.

How quickly will I receive my report?
We typically issue HomeBuyer Survey reports within five working days of the inspection. Party wall and dilapidations reports are normally completed within 10 working days, depending on the complexity of the property and the information required. We will confirm the expected turnaround time when you instruct us.
